You have the right to propose your own opinion and ideas.

You have the right to decide for yourself if you want to be filmed or photographed, and when, where and by whom.

You have the right to be treated fairly. Nobody has the right to scare or threaten you – may it be with words, pictures, instructions, actions or how they look at you. Nobody has the right to blackmail you, exclude you, devalue you or hit you.

You have the right to decide on your own how close a person may approach you, and when and where. Nobody has the right to touch, massage, caress, or kiss you without your consent. Nobody has the right to touch your genitals or instruct you to touch their or someone else‘s genitals.

You have the right to say NO and to defend yourself if someone hurts your feelings or the feeling of someone else. You can say NO with looks, words or body posture.

You have the right to not participate in a game or activity that frightens you, disgusts you or makes you feel unwell. Such activities could be tests of courage, body attacks or traditions that are meant to scare and devalue someone.

You have the right to get support from other people. If you don‘t feel good in a certain situation you can get help. Getting help is not cowardly or snitching on others.
